The Globe GFF50PG floor fryer, liquid propane model, is ideal for mid to high volume basket frying, designed for a fast recovery for battered or breaded foods. It features a fully peened fry tank, with smooth polished welds, and cast iron burners. An amble foam area prevents moisture in the oil, keeping flavors secure. Oil life is extended by a large cold zone that prevents food particle carbonization. The Globe GFF50PG floor fryer includes two nickel chrome wire mesh fry baskets with plastic coated handles, drain extension pipe, basket support rack, stainless steel legs and a set of four casters.
